The Rooms

The rooms within the house are large and reminiscent of the 19th-century grand Victorian style. The warm glow of the fire in the library with its built-in shelves and leather upholstered seats, the splendor of the paneled dining room with its fireplace and original appointments and the brightness of the formal parlors where frequent entertainment was the trademark of the Original owners -- all are relaxing areas for the traveler who stops to spend some time in historic Bath.

Upstairs are the sleeping accommodations which continue the uniqueness of this home.

The Victorian Room contains bay windows with panoramic views of Washington Street, a street listed in the National Register of Historic Places. This lovely room contains a queen-sized bed and a white marble fireplace.

The Moses Room contains twin beds with its own antique washstand and the original plaster frieze on all four walls.

The Vintage Room has been furnished in the best representation of the 1950's which makes it quite a departure from the rest of the house.

The Maple Room has a canopy bed which looks out on the Maple front fireplace and original marble sink. The frieze of scallops and seaweed compliment a subtle nautical theme in this room.

All rooms have private baths.

Advance reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one night's lodging. A full refund will be made if the reservation is canceled prior to seven days before arrival time. Balance due upon arrival.
